[Buy the wine](https://tienda.cvne.com/en/products/91-pagos-de-galir-godello.html). This is the Regueiron plot, where the grapes for this wine come from and from which it takes its name. It is located in Éntoma and we think it is a great vineyard, of exceptional quality. Our aim with this wine is to seek the complexity and freshness that we know the Godello variety has, in the slate soils of this eastern part of Valdeorras which often produces ripe and concentrated wines. Our vineyard in the southern area of the Valdeorras region which experiences earlier ripening while still giving the wines a strong Atlantic character with good acidity. Sustainable viticulture is carried out. The grapes are hand-harvested and selected into 15 kg cases, followed by fermentation in small oak and concrete vessels using the yeasts naturally present on the grape skins.
