Clean and bright, almost pale. At the outset, aromas of fresh fruit: granny-smith apple and grapefruit, with soft floral and herbaceous touches of fennel, star anise, acacia flower and orange blossom, giving way to ripe and intense white fruit: pear and melon, and hints stone fruit, nectarine. Its unctuousness in the mouth surprises and we perceive its aromatic load even more. Its elegance and refreshing, long finish give rise to a perfect balance.
