Morellino di Scansano DOCG - The lupinaie
Type: red wine Vintage: 2019 Area: Italy, Tuscany. Grapes: 100% Sangiovese Ruby-colored wine with violet reflections. The nose reveals fruity notes of cherry and red fruit while the palate is full and soft.
Classic Chianti DOCG - "San Jacopo da Vicchiomaggio"
Type: red wine Vintage: 2021 Area: Tuscany, Greve in Chianti (FI) Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo, 5% Colorino San Jacopo Chianti Classico DOCG is an elegant traditional red, proposed by Castello Vicchiomaggio. Pure Sangiovese grapes from the Greve in Chianti area. Wine that well represents the typical and traditional Chianti Classico. Deep ruby red with purple reflections, it has hints on the nose reminiscent of chocolate, vanilla and wild berries. The body is medium, soft tannins and a nice fresh finish.
Cabernet - Ronco del Gelso
Type: red wine Vintage: 2022 Zone: Isonzo del Friuli DOC Grapes: Cabernet Franc 100%, Carmenere This wine is ready to be tasted now, with great satisfaction. It is a perfect match for cold cuts and cured meats, pasta with meat sauce, risotto with meat and boiled meats.
Merlot 'Sintesi dei Capitoli' - Ronco del Gelso
Type: red wine Vintage: 2017 Zone: Friuli Isonzo DOC Grapes: Merlot 100% The Merlot “Sintesi dei Capitoli” by Ronco del Gelso has an intense ruby red color with light purple reflections. Complex aromas of ripe red fruit and berries appear on the nose, including cherry, blackberry and raspberry, floral notes of dried flowers and spicy hints of pepper, licorice and cinnamon. In the mouth it is full, rich, enveloping and deep, characterized by an elegant tannic texture and a long spicy finish with a light salty note on the finish. This from the Ronco del Gelso winery is an ambitious, aristocratic and very fine Merlot, all to be savored.
Cabernet Sauvignon - I feudi di Romans
Type: red wine Vintage: 2021 Area: DOC Isonzo del Friuli Grapes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon Intense ruby red in colour, it has a vinous, intense, pleasant bouquet with a characteristic herbaceous aroma. Dry, full-bodied, slightly herbaceous, pleasant and velvety taste. It is above all a wine for cold meats. As for Friulian cuisine, it goes well with donkey stew, horse meat prepared in various ways, mallard and grilled mushrooms.

Adriatik is a Pale Ale, a fresh and balanced ale. The addition of Piran salt makes it unique, sealing an indivisible union with the sea and the land of Istria. The salt gives it a very light and interesting savouriness. The aroma of lemon peel added during production makes it a refreshing and thirst-quenching beer, suggesting an easy accompaniment to delicate first courses, fish dishes, seafood and crudités. The beer has an intense golden colour (thanks to the Pale Ale malt that also gives it hints of honey and cereal), medium body and a balanced bitterness that makes it suitable for every situation. 12.5 degrees plato, 5% alcohol, 23 IBU, 10 EBC
