Reception Desk
Hello from our Cupertino Team, Beth, Sofia, and Lucia! They cannot wait to meet you! As an extension of your team, they are onsite Monday - Friday from 8-30am - 5pm to ensure your day-to-day runs seamlessly. Your focus should be on what matter most to you while our team sweats the details! Need a coffee? Hungry for breakfast or a snack? Want to chat about anything other than work? The Cupertino Team is here for it all, and they love getting to know our members both personally and professionally!
Flex Desks
Members can choose affordable flex desk passes, or secure a dedicated desk or workstation. We also provide productivity tools such as digital mail services and live phone answering for hybrid workers who do a mix of work-from-home and coming into the office.
Café
Throughout the day the coworkers can use the entire kitchen and its tools.
Phone Booths
Need some privacy or a place to focus? Escape to one of our phone booths to take an interruption free phone call or virtual meeting.
Mail Room
You've got mail! The Cupertino Team will always let your team know when mail or packages have arrived. When possible, they will hand deliver to your office to save you an extra step. Other services available: outgoing mail + pre-scheduled UPS / FEDEX pickups. Need a stamp or an envelope? See the Cupertino Team for assistance!
Shared Space
Relax and chat with a colleague or guest, eat lunch, or just take a breather in our shared space. This area is a great change of scenery and open for all members and guests to gather and connect!
