Smoke extractors are sparsely located in the ceiling and the hall is not suitable for large smoke generators, such as pellet burners. Air & Climate Control Good ventilation system with cooled supply air but no chilled baffles in the ceiling. The mobile rooms cannot be individually climate controlled. Lightning & Control The lighting is dimmable and computer controlled (KNX). There are no windows or daylight. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is approximately 2,000-2,500m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance 2 goods lifts and 1 goods entrance by the Focus bridge for goods intake. The loading yard and goods reception are accessed via Hall B. Entrance 2 is most suitable for visitors. Entrance 1 has no cloakroom and is primarily used as an exhibitor entrance. Columns & Enclosures There are fire shutters to Hall B. Nothing must be placed under the fire shutters. The hall has 20 load-bearing columns. One row to Hall B and one row in the middle of the hall. Mobile Rooms & Cafés A café, Eat&Go, is located just inside Entrance 1. 7 mobile rooms can be built to accommodate 200-270 people per room in theatre style. Around 20 WCs, incl. accessible WCs, are located at Entrance 1. Useful Information The hall can be easily closed off by the fire shutters into a separate room with its own entrance and goods entrance via Focus. It can also be used as a garage or similar.
Hall B
Technical Services Electricity, internet, water, drainage and compressed air are connected via ducts in the floor. Exhaust extraction is supplied from the ceiling in B1 and from the floor in B2 Air & Climate Control Good ventilation system with cooled supply air and chilled baffles in the ceiling. The ventilation is controlled as required. 5 air handling units supply air to the hall. The low sections close to an external wall are most suitable for exhibitors with large smoke generators and exhaust gases. Smoke ducts and extraction to the outside can most easily be installed in this location. Lightning & Control The lighting is computer controlled. It can be switched off in sections but is not dimmable. The hall has no windows or daylight. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. There is an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is approximately 6,000- 7,000m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance Accessibility is excellent owing to the hall’s location in the middle of the exhibition complex. 4 goods lifts, 1 floor lift to the basement, 2 goods entrances to the loading yard, 2 escalators to level 2, direct access to the Service Centre. Entrance 2 and/or 5 are used depending on other activities. Columns & Enclosures There are fire shutters to Hall A. Nothing must be placed under the fire shutters. The hall has around 40 load-bearing columns located between the high and low sections and an additional row in the low section. Mobile Rooms & Cafés A permanent café is located in the middle of the hall. There are no mobile rooms. 20 WC’s, including accessible WC’s, are located in the marble corridor at the entrances. Useful Information Many different activities take place in Hall B apart from all the trade fairs, including Joe Labero’s Christmas show and congresses accommodating up to 6,000 delegates.
Hall C
Technical Services Electricity, internet, water, drainage and compressed air are connected via ducts in the floor. Exhaust extraction is also supplied from the ducts. Air & Climate Control Normal ventilation system with cooled supply air but no chilled baffles in the ceiling. It can be difficult to control the climate in the summer when there are a large number of people in the hall. Lightning & Control The lighting is computer controlled and can be turned off in sections, but is not dimmable. There is daylight to the south facing the hotel, but the sunblinds are always closed. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is approximately 2,000-2,500m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance Goods can be taken in via Entrance D or Entrances B1 and B2 via the loading yard. Visitors access the hall via the main entrance on Korsvägen, Entrance 5. Columns & Enclosures Hall C has the highest ceiling height, but please note the low section to the restaurant, including a section with a height of only 2.65m. The hall is in principle free of columns. Mobile Rooms & Cafés Proximity to Mix and Incontro restaurants on level 1 and escalator access to Estrad Restaurant on level 2. A mobile café is most suitable in the low section. WC’s, including accessible WC’s, are located in the marble corridor and in Hall D. Useful Information The hall can be used for many different events. It can accommodate a plenary session with 3,000 delegates or be furnished as a lunch restaurant for 2,600 people.
Hall D
Technical Services Electricity, internet, water, drainage and compressed air are supplied from the ceiling. There is no exhaust extraction. Air & Climate Control The hall has no ventilation system and therefore no cooled supply air or chilled baffles. No food preparation or other heat-generating machinery should be located in this hall. Neither should exhibitors requiring exhaust extraction Lightning & Control The lighting is computer controlled (KNX). It can be turned off in sections but is not dimmable. There are no windows or daylight. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is 800m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance Goods intake via goods entrance D or via the loading yard and goods entrances B1 and B2. Goods lift 13 but not lift 12 serves the basement. Access to Scandinavium is via entrance D. There is a link to level 2 via the stairwell in the hall or via the staircase and lift in the Service Center. Columns & Enclosures The hall has a low ceiling and there are several places where the ceiling height is less than 4m (request a specification if required). This hall also has the most load-bearing columns – around 35 columns. The floor is mostly asphalt and machinery etc. cannot be bolted to the floor. However, the hall also has relatively the most attractive floor. Mobile Rooms & Cafés There are no mobile rooms but a permanent café in the hall. Café furniture is located to the left of the café. 10 WCs, including accessible WCs, are located in the middle of the hall plus 2 WCs in the Service Centre. The Exhibition & Congress Centre’s official medical room is also located in this hall. Useful Information The location of the Service Centre means Hall D has a central role in the exhibition complex. Customers can get help at the Service Centre with everything from technical orders and lunch vouchers to flowers and transportation. They can also relax in the lounge, where coffee, TV, computers, conference rooms and shower facilities are available. The accessible lift to level 2 is also located here.
Hall E
Technical Services Electricity, internet, water, drainage and compressed air are connected via ducts in the floor. Extraction can also be supplied via ducts if ordered in good time. Air & Climate Control Normal ventilation system with cooled supply air. The hall also has a chilled ceiling. Lightning & Control Good general lighting which is computer controlled (KNX) and zoned. The hall has daylight facing the street on ground level. Evacuation & Safety The net exhibition area is 1,000m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. Goods Intake & Entrance Goods intake via goods entrances E and D or via goods lift 34, which serves both the garage and level 2/ Congress Hall stage. Entrance No. 8 on Skånegatan is used for visitors, with 3 ticket desks and a cloakroom. Columns & Enclosures There are 16 columns evenly distributed in the hall. Hall E can be easily closed off by mobile walls to Hall D and then has its own entrance, goods entrance, lift and WC’s. Mobile Rooms & Cafés The hall can be used as an independent conference facility with 3 rooms accommodating 320-500 delegates per room. There are 12 WC’s, including accessible WCs. Useful Information The hall has been used as a courtroom, public gallery and detention centre.
Hall H
Technical Services Electricity, internet, water, drainage and compressed air are supplied from the ceiling. The hall has no exhaust extraction. Air & Climate Control The ventilation system in Hall H has heating and cooling but is unfortunately under-dimensioned and cannot cope with a lot of people. However, the system in H1 and H2 has been altered to improve the climate. Lightning & Control The lighting is fixed and is not computer controlled or dimmable. There is feature/exhibition lighting (PAR cans) in the ceiling, which can be lit by the production department if ordered. The hall has glazed wall to hall C but no daylight. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is approximately 800-1,000 m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance Goods lift 12 has access to the goods reception. The hall has a link to level 1 via a staircase or stairwell. Its proximity to the Congress Hall and conference premises means that the hall is much used for conference exhibitions. Columns & Enclosures The hall has 16 load-bearing columns in the middle of the hall. 6 mobile staircases, 2.2 m wide, can be located along the short sides. In addition to a fixed ramp, there is a mobile ramp to Hall G, which is normally in use. Part of H1 has a height of only 2.6 m. Mezzanine H has a ceiling height of 4.2 m and can be shut off to Hall H with a sound-absorbing curtain (sports hall divider). Mobile Rooms & Cafés The hall has 2 mobile rooms accommodating maximum 245 respectively 285 people per room. These two rooms can be merged to accomodate 500 people. There are WCs, including accessible WCs. A Coffee Buffet is located in Lounge J nearby. Useful Information The hall has permanent black carpeting. This hall has the highest occupancy rate and many regular customers. For example, Volvo has been holding its annual long-service event here for a number of years.

Air & Climate Control Good ventilation system with cooled supply air. Extra cooling is also available when the mobile rooms (F1-F6) are erected. The Expo Hall has chilled baffles but can nevertheless get hot from solar gain. Lightning & Control The lighting is computer controlled and dimmable. Each room can be individually controlled (F1-F6). The hall has a large glazed wall and daylight to the short side of the Expo Hall. The glazed wall can be blacked out internally with sunblinds. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is approximately 2,000-2,500m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance The hall has 2 goods lifts (42 and 43) and 1 goods entrance by the Focus bridge for goods intake. Entrance 2 is most suitable for visitors. Entrance 1 has no cloakroom and is primarily used as an exhibitor entrance. Columns & Enclosures The hall has no pillars. Maximum ceiling height 6.5-7m - only in the Expo Hall. The hall is separated from Hall G by fire shutters. Nothing must be placed under the fire shutters. Outside the Expo Hall there is a narrow balcony along the whole glazed wall. Mobile Rooms & Cafés 6 mobile rooms can be built accommodating 220-330 people per room. A mobile café can best be located in the Expo Hall or in the corner by the Focus bridge. WCs, including accessible WCs, are located by the staircase to Entrance 1. Useful Information Exhibitors with light-sensitive displays should not be located in the Expo Hall, but the hall is suitable for the Exhibition & Congress Centre’s own Christmas party. The whole of Hall F can easily be converted into a large party venue. Lightning & Control The lighting is manually controlled. Lighting in the mobile rooms is largely dimmable. The hall has a glazed wall to Hall B but no daylight. Evacuation & Safety The hall is fitted with sprinklers and has an interactive fire alarm. The net exhibition area is 1,500 m2. The maximum number of people depends on the activity and is agreed with the safety officer. Goods Intake & Entrance There are 2 goods lifts, 1 of which has direct access to the goods reception. Visitor access is generally via the main visitor entrance and the conference reception in the hotel. Columns & Enclosures There are no columns in the hall. This hall has the lowest ceiling height and the height varies owing to a large number of pipes and ducts in the ceiling. A fire shutter to Hall F closes off the hall and nothing must be placed under this shutter if it is raised. Mobile Rooms & Cafés 4 mobile rooms can be built accommodating 220-370 people per room. WC’s, including accessible WC’s, are located in the Congress Hall corridor. A Coffee Buffet is located either here or in Lounge J nearby. Useful Information The mobile rooms are normally erected, which means that the hall is primarily used for conferences. The whole hall has permanent black carpeting.
