PDR 918 Benchmark Performance Plus dryers
Our 360PRO solutions enable economic reprocessing on site at the incident room. You can process up to 5 complete protective suits in only 2.5 hours – this includes cleaning, decontamination, waterproofing and drying. In the process, particular care and attention is paid to the reprocessing of multi-layer garments and the delicate retro-reflective strips by our patented honeycomb drum. Special programmes tailored to protective clothing and equipment also guarantee a long service life. The Miele laundry machines relevant to this application come as standard with programme packages covering personal protective apparel, breathing masks and chemical protection suits. Further special-purpose cleaning and maintenance programmes, for example for woollen blankets, leisure wear or uniforms, complete the range of possible uses for machines in an on-site laundry. PWM 916 Benchmark Performance Plus washing machine
In close cooperation with mask and detergent manufacturers, we have developed specialised washing and disinfection processes for the thorough cleaning and safe disinfection of a wide range of masks. These do not need to be dismantled for cleaning. To protect the visor, masks are placed in protective bags. During the wash process, the drum only rotates at 20 rpm. Disinfection in the washing machine takes place at 60°C with a temperature holding time of 20 minutes. Later, in the tumble dryer, special braces hold up to 16 masks in place, depending on the drum size, during a drying programme lasting only 45 minutes.Seen here: PWM 916

A fresh water dishwasher with carefully compiled programmes for washing and disinfection. Masks and air respirators are securely positioned and reliably reprocessed in special-purpose baskets. During reprocessing, air regulators can be charged with compressed air in order to prevent any ingress of fluids.
