About us:
The restaurant has its own cheese shop, where young Italian cheeses are made daily from fresh milk: strachatella, buratta, scamorza and others. You can either taste the cheeses in the restaurant - the menu offers a large number of dishes where the main ingredient is cheese - or buy them to go. In addition, guests are offered a large selection of pizzas cooked in authentic Italian ovens, homemade pasta, as well as salads with fresh vegetables, seafood appetizers and, of course, desserts.

Maxim Golovin
He was born and grew up in Baku. Studied to be a chef in Azerbaijan, Switzerland and Serbia. He started his professional career at the age of 18. Holder of 17 medals and 4 cups of international culinary competitions in Italy, Turkey, Russia, Malta, Serbia, Kazakhstan and Switzerland. Working with famous Michelin chefs he has mastered French, Italian, English and Azerbaijani cuisine.
