Our trainees are a valuable part of our workforce – we pass on our knowledge and experience to them. With your commitment and the expertise you acquire during your apprenticeship, you will actively shape the future of PERI. Therefore, it is our goal to provide you with the best possible training. We ensure continuous and thorough support throughout all phases of your apprenticeship. We place particular emphasis on our trainers, who are both professionally competent and personable. Open and respectful communication is a given for us.

Even during your apprenticeship, you can take advantage of various continuing education opportunities offered by the PERI Academy. We help you develop successfully into your professional life right from the start.

If you wish, learning doesn't have to end after your apprenticeship. We offer our employees a wide range of further training and development opportunities. We are happy to support you if you want to become a technician, master craftsman, certified specialist, or business administrator, for example.
